Our position, plainly stated

This website does not run third-party advertisements, and it never will without us saying so clearly. We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor information with advertisers or data brokers. Tex-Mex C Company earns its keep by making food — not by monetizing the people who read this site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first, with the change explained in plain language.

How we present our own business

When we talk about our products on this site, we aim to be as straight as we are across the counter:

• No deceptive claims. We describe what we actually make and do — small-batch salsas, sauces, tortilla chips, and seasoning blends produced in Bountiful, Utah, and delivered along the Wasatch Front. If something is beyond our current capacity, we say so.
• No pricing bait. We do not publish prices on this site, and we never lead with a number that later grows conditions. Wholesale terms depend on product, volume, and schedule, and we put together a clear quote after a real conversation.
• No pressure. You will not find countdowns, false scarcity, or pushy "act now" language here. Our calls to action are invitations — get in touch, learn more, contact us — and nothing more.
• No undisclosed sponsorship. We do not publish sponsored or paid content. If we ever feature a partner's story, the relationship will be disclosed on the page itself.

Most of our relationships begin the old-fashioned way: a phone call, an email, or a conversation at a partner's store. If we contact you about wholesale supply or a private-label project, it will be because you reached out first or because we have an existing business relationship. We do not buy mailing lists and we do not send unsolicited bulk messages. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop — no questions and no delays.

Compliance

We follow applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including rules against deceptive advertising. Claims about our food are limited to what we can honestly stand behind, and product labeling follows the applicable food labeling requirements separately from anything written on this website. If you believe something on this site is inaccurate or misleading, we want to hear about it and fix it.
