Who we are
Tex-Mex C Company is a small-batch Tex-Mex food producer and wholesale distributor located at 420 S 425 W, Bountiful, UT 84010. You can reach us at (801) 294-6444 or info@texmexccompany.us. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum, because that is all a website like ours needs:
- Contact details you choose to share. If you email us, call us, or send us a message, we receive the information you include — typically your name, email address or phone number, and whatever you write about your inquiry (for example, a wholesale or private-label question).
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting may log standard details such as your browser type, approximate region, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. This information is not used to identify you personally.
- Consent preferences. Your choice on our cookie banner is stored in your own browser (local storage) so we do not ask you the same question on every visit. That choice stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
How we use it
We use contact information to respond to inquiries, discuss wholesale supply or private-label projects, and, where relevant, manage an ongoing business relationship with a store, restaurant, or institution. We use basic technical information to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working properly. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your information for automated decision-making.
Legal bases
Depending on where you live, privacy laws describe different legal grounds for processing information. In short: we process contact details with your consent and to respond to your request; we process information needed to fulfill a wholesale relationship to perform a contract; and we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving a small business website. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies
This site uses very little tracking technology. Our cookie banner stores your consent choice locally in your browser, and third-party services we embed — Google Fonts for typography and Google Maps for our location map — may set their own cookies when your browser loads them. Please see our Cookie Policy for details on how to manage these.
Third parties
We share information with third parties only when needed to run the business — for example, our hosting provider, which stores website data on our behalf — or when required by law. We never sell personal information. If a wholesale relationship requires it, order and delivery details are shared only with the parties needed to complete the work.
Retention
We keep correspondence and business records only as long as they are needed for the relationship or as required for tax and business recordkeeping, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Basic site usage information is retained in aggregate form and is not tied to individuals.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email info@texmexccompany.us. We will respond within 30 days. You may also clear our site's stored consent preference at any time through your browser settings.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and general visitors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
