Small-batch Tex-Mex goods — Bountiful, Utah

How we work with partners

We are a small-batch producer and wholesale distributor, which means we do two things well: we make Tex-Mex food carefully, and we get it to the people who sell it. Here is what that looks like in practice.

01

Wholesale supply

Our core work is supplying grocers, restaurants, cafeterias, and institutions with our own line of salsas, sauces, tortilla chips, and seasoning blends. Orders are cooked and packed to schedule in Bountiful, so product arrives fresh and consistent. Case sizes are flexible, from single-case trial orders for a new shelf to recurring volume for busy kitchens, and we plan production around your ordering rhythm rather than the other way around.

02

Private label

Many stores and brands want Tex-Mex products under their own name, and we enjoy building that with them. We handle cooking, packing, and labeling to your specification, whether you want a close adaptation of one of our existing recipes or something developed from scratch for your shelves. We are upfront about what small-batch production can and cannot do, and we will always tell you if a project is not a good fit.

03

Distribution coverage

We deliver along the Wasatch Front — Bountiful, the greater Salt Lake City metro, and surrounding communities — on reliable, scheduled routes. Because production and delivery are under one roof, there is no middleman between our kettle and your shelf. If your needs change, a phone call is usually all it takes to adjust an order or a schedule.

Product development collaboration

Some of our best products started as a partner's idea. If you have a salsa, sauce, or seasoning concept you want to bring to market, we can work through it together — testing small batches, adjusting heat and flavor, and refining the recipe until it is repeatable at wholesale scale. Development happens in our kitchen, with you tasting along the way, and it moves at a pace that respects both quality and your timeline.

A plain way of doing business

We keep things simple: talk to a real person, taste the product, and decide together whether it works for you. We do not publish pricing on this site because wholesale orders vary by product, volume, and schedule — instead, we put together a straightforward quote after we understand what you need. No pressure, no fine print, just food we are proud of and terms you can follow.

If you run a store, restaurant, or institution along the Wasatch Front and want to explore any of the above, reach out and we will set up a time to talk — and, more importantly, to taste.
